I have never had this happen before on an install of TB starting with Win 5.
Had to reformat and reload my Win 10 completely some time ago, my Address Book did not transfer to my TB profile but it did to my spouses. How can I or can I transfer her address book into my TB profile saving me a lot of time?

What version of Thunderbird on each machine?

New version just loaded 115.2.2 so it was and has been all the previous versions prior for the last 2 months or longer. TB notifies me when a new version is out and I will load the latest version. So the issue is still there with the 115 version.

In the Address Book window on her installation, export the data to a CSV or LDIF format file. I think the menu path if Tools->Export. Then, in your installation, it would be Tools->Import->Import from file.
