Unable to open any attachments, only can save

I have same problem on all PC's. And cannot revert to previous version...

I can't open any attachments using version 96.0b1 except for pdf files. I get the prompt to choose what utility to use, select one and then it doesn't launch it.

I don't have that problem with Daily (97.0a1 2021-12-12)

Why can't you revert to a prior version by installing it over the existing installation? That way the hashcode for the profile in profiles.ini won't cause you any problems.

Not having any issue using 96.0b1 opening .jpg, .wmv and .wav files here on Fedora 35 Linux.

I'm pretty sure I also tested on Windows 10, but will revisit it later and try with .docx and .xlsx files.
