web page will not come up

I am using Seamonkey 2.53.17. I have been logging in to my local newspaper web site for years. Recently, the sign in page link button on the site's main web page stopped showing up. And, when trying to go directly to the sign in page, it does not load up. It works okay in other browsers but not in Seamonkey. I have cleared the cache, closed and opened Seamonkey, rebooted etc. but nothing has worked.

Any ideas?

Faking the user-agent also has no effect.
