Error When Using Windows Backup App

After backing up a computer by using Windows Backup I get an error message stating that these two files were not backed up:

C:\Users\defaultuser0\contacts
C:\Users\defaultuser0\searches

The error is: STATUS_WAIT_2(0x80070002) for each file.

I cannot find "contacts" or "searches" in the Users folder.

I am backing up about 30 GB to a 100 GB external USB hard drive that has 70 GB of free space. What might be the cause for the errors?

Moving to MozillaZine Tech as this seems like it would be a Windows issue rather than anything controlled by Firefox itself.

Are you performing that backup with Firefox running or shut down?

Thank you for posting that link. I copied its file to my computer and will have a look at it.

The backup was performed with Firefox shut down.
