Recommendation for iPad Email Client (Mac)

I was wondering if anyone could recommend an email client for iPad which works well with Thunderbird filters. I have set up filters in Thunderbird on Windows. However, most iPad email clients only show new emails that are in the Inbox. If the emails are being filtered to sub folders away from the Inbox I will miss them when checking email on my iPad. Is there a client which shows new emails no matter which folder they are in?

It sounds as though you have that email account set up in Thunderbird as a POP type account. Is that correct?

No, it is IMAP.
