Copy email message headers and body text?

Post by Clueless in Seattle »

I need to copy the headers and body text of an email message so that I can paste the whole works as plain text into a message on the amazon.com web site.

What I'm after is something that would look like this:
Date:
From:
Subject
To:

[Body Text]

Easiest way to do that would be to view the message in its own tab or window and then use menu path File->Save as File and save it with the .txt extension. You can then open that text file and copy the contents for pasting wherever needed.
