Remove Calendar -- How?

Hello.
Version 91.5.1 (64-bit) in Linux Mint
I've found many forum threads on this topic, but I didn't understand them because I don't seem to have a Calendar Mode (or can't find it) or the UI has changed yet again. I even tried Config Editor but found no Joy.

Do I need to revert back to version 52.7.0 as I have done so many times in the past?

To clarify: I don't want to remove a calendar. I want to remove the whole Calendar function -- Is that Lightning? I don't know. What is Lightning?

Well, if you don't have a Calendar Mode, does that mean you don't see the Events and Tasks menu item, a Calendar section in preferences, a Calendar tab?
