View passwords on mobile since when?

I'm just taking a shot in the dark, but does anyone know when Firefox for Android enabled the ability to view saved passwords? I kind of remember a time you weren't able to. Like maybe 2018? I know they synced for the longest time, but I don't think you were able to view them until a couple years ago.
