Question about Beta build
hey anyone who has installed SeaMonkey 2.53.10 Beta 1 released... I need to know before installing if there is any bug for Windows 10 OS

None that I'm aware of (not that I'd particularly be aware).
It isn't a big deal to put it in & test it out.
And if you're concerned about bugs, why are you messing with the beta instead of the current release (& switching to 2.53.10 once it goes to release).

The beta will be basically the final release.
Fix for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1738669 will be included in the final version but this is broken in 2.53.9.1 already. Some missing translations will be added too. That is it about it.
I can only recommend testing the 2.53 betas and just switch to the final when they appear. They are actually more like release candidates. The real betas / nightlies are Bills builds and by the time we cut a release these are usually already well tested.
