SeaMonkey 2.53.17b1pre 2023-05-21 21:00

Post by TPR75 »

Latest pre-beta from WG9s has some problem with language pack (Polish in my case). After "update" (manual delete old and move new folder) it doesn't see old LP and can't load new (no dialog window for installing extension).

Solution:
Move back to older release (from 2023-05-19, evening version). But older language pack must be loaded again to change UI to Polish language.

I don't have 2023-05-20 release so I can't tell when that bug happened.

This one should be good: https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/seamonk ... -comm-253/

Next one will fix it. One of the python 3 fixes was bad and generated wrong data files for telemetry. Not really used but internally some of it is still updated without ever being transmitted to the mozilla mother ship.

Soon. l10n is done just looking for sec backports from esr 112. Most do not apply any longer because seem to be regression fixes for later stuff.
