During my upgrade from TB 115 to 128 my message list context menu changed (either because of the upgrade or because I inadvertently changed something.) "Delete" used to be in the context menu; now it is apparently a trash can icon in the bar at the top of the menu. (Were the icons there before? I don't remember them.)
Is there some way to get Delete back as a word in the context menu?
Yes, I know Microsoft almost made that same change in File Explorer but there are ways to undo that.

Re: "Delete" missing from message list context menu
Hmm. I know I am in the minority, but I process icons much slower than words. In fact, I didn't even notice the row of icons before I started this thread.
My feeling" this sort of change - changing from words in a context menu to icons - should not be forced on those that don't want it. Maybe there was something in the release notes that mentioned this change, and mentioned how to undo it, but I didn't see it.
