Firefox android "null download failed"

Yesterday I saw the following two issues in the tray download notification. First one was "null download failed" second one was "null".

I was dated as 14 h ago´from that moment, during which time I was on a train.

I noticed the following similar issues, but the anwers couldn´t help me.

Could anybody tell me what it could have been?

dont you think that 4 years old issue wont be resolved?
please give website and link to give to reproduce.
give your security software and mobile phone a name.
and ofc used extensions.

btw which firefox build on android?
and which android build?
